2 tspVanilla essence
1/2 tspCoffee essence
3 tbspInstant coffee

Steps

Beat cream till thicken, add soften cream cheese and beat well, then add powder sugar and mix well, then add instant coffee 2 tbsp, vanilla and coffee essence

In separate bowl put 3 cups water plus 1 tbsp powder sugar plus 1 tbsp instant coffee and mix well
dip lady finger in coffee water and arrange in dish then cream mixture, then dust cocoa powder, then again dip lady fingers, then top with cream mixture, then dust with coco powder
Plz adjust sweetness accordingly but I find it perfect
