A all time favourite breakfast dish, made in a jiffy .And the dish is special when paneer is also homemade.Again this is my mom's recipe. She always used to keep paneer handy..to fulfill the demands of her children.I used to take paneer patty in my tiffin. It is good for weight watchers as well. Dietitians always include this paneer toast in their diet plans as it is good sauce of protein. I am sharing many variations along with this paneer toast recipe.
