Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease pan cooking spray.

In large storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Separate dough into biscuits, cut each into eighths.

Put biscuits in large storage bag. Shake until coated.

Arrange in muffin tin. (5-6 pieces in each hole)

In small bowl mix, brown sugar and melted butter; pour over biscuit pieces.

Bake 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the middle. Cool in pan 5 minutes.

Frosting: With an electric hand mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese together about 3 minutes on medium speed until very smooth.

Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl to ensure even mixing.

Add the vanilla extract and mix.

Slowly add the powdered sugar. (1/4 cup at a time) Keep adding until you get to desired sweetness and thickness.
