Soak moong Daals for 4 to 5 hrs. Drain the excess water. And grind to fine paste adding Heeng and green chilli

Now make vadas as per convenience and deep fry them

Add all the above ingredients in the water in a big bowl. Add the vadas and keep in warm place for 3 days.. The water will rise up and become tangy in 2 to 3 days. Keep it in fridge after it rise up or the taste will become baad. U can keep in fridge this kanji from 1 week and consume
