  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put aata,salt and water in a mixing bowl.Make a dough.

  2. 2

    Rest dough for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make balls with the dough

  4. 4

    Roll the Puri add in hot oil and deep fry till crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve with sabji and raita
