Green chutney(coriander)#authormarathon

The lent season has pushed me to vegetarian mode and I must say it's healthy living. This condiment goes well with sandwiches and it's borrowed from the East.

Steps
- 1
Bring all your ingredients together
- 2
Roast cummin and mustard seeds in a hot pan until you get a pleasant smell. Be careful not to burn them. I used cummin seeds only
- 3
Using a grinder, crush the seed into powder form
- 4
In the same grinder add all other ingredients and blend them for 3-4 minutes till you achieve a thick paste.
- 5
Transfer the chutney into a airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Use when preparing sandwiches. It's heavenly!
