In a pan add little oil and saute onion and capsicum and mushrooms

In a pan take oil add jeera, cardamoms, Cinnamon stick, bay leaves. Add onion paste and saute. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and dry masala and saute. Add tomato cashew paste and saute.

Add water, salt and onion, capsicum and mushrooms. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and kasuri methi.

Ready to serve with cream on top.
