Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped watermelon
  • 1 teaspooncucumber chopped
  • 1 teaspooncapsicum chopped
  • 1 teaspoononion chopped
  • 1/2 inchginger
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonlime juice

Steps

  1. 1

    First blend the watermelon and strain it.

    Now add cucumber capsicum onion with pinch of salt to a blender and blend it.

    Now mix both watermelon juice and cucumber capsicum onion mixture.

  4. 4

    Serve into a bowl add lime juice mix well then add pepper and garnish with coriander.
