Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsemolina
  2. 200 gmsugar
  3. 500 gmmilk
  4. 150 gmghee
  5. PinchCardamom powder
  6. 50 gmalmonds
  7. 50 gmraisins
  8. 50 gmpistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak semolina in 2 cup of milk for half and hour. Heat up ghee in a pan then add soaked semolina and mix well add nuts. Add milk and mix then add sugar mix continually for about half an hour or till ghee separates.
