Ingredients

  • 1 cupMilk powder
  • 50 gmButter melted
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 30 mlcondensed milk
  • 1/4 tspIlaichi powder
  • 4-5pistachio
  • 5-6 strandsSaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    In a non stick pan take butter then add milk powder, milk, condensed milk and saffron
    - mix them all on low flame

  2. 2

    Now Add ilaichi powder
    - bhoonify it slowly till it leave the sides of a pan.

  3. 3

    Then cool it down and make paira shape
    - garnish with pistachio
