For vanilla cake
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 mins.
2. Sieve together maida,baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
3. Now mix together curd,butter and sugar in another bowl. - 2
4. Now gradually add wet ingredients(2) into dry ingredients(1).
5. Beat them with a blender and add vanilla essence.
6. Grease the baking dish with butter and dust some flour, it will help the cake to come out easily. - 3
For caramel sauce
1. Take a thick bottom base pan and add sugar to it.
2. Heat the sugar on low flame till it gets melted.
3. Add the butter.
4. As the butter melts, add amul cream and keep stirring. - 4
How to arrange
Put the caramel sauce on cake and garnish with sliced almonds.
