Steps

1. Pre-heat the oven for 10 mins at 180*C.
2. Sieve together all the dry ingredients like maida,cocoa powder,baking soda and baking powder.
3. Now gradually add curd,butter and castor sugar. - 2
4. Mix well with spatula. Can beat also with blender.
5. Add vanilla essence.Mix well. Roast almonds in microwave or oven and chop them. Add almonds to the batter and also on the top of the cake.
6. Pour the mixture in a greased and dusty baking tray. - 3
7. Place in the oven and bake for 30 mins at 180*C.
8. Cool and cut into pieces.
