In the mixing bowl add rice flour, maida, salt, Chilli powder, Asafoetida, baking soda mix well add melted butter mix well add required water to make dough.

Knead the dough well and fill the dough into greased Muruku machine, heat the oil in a pan, press Muruku in the oil deep fry in medium flame till it turns crisp and golden brown, remove from the oil, transfer to a plate. Serve with tea or coffee. Enjoy Tasty crispy butter Muruku.
