Steps

Firstly wash tha baingan and make a cut between but don't seprate them and rost it on high flame.

Then peel of tha brinjal and mashed it.chopped onion and tomatoes finally.

Take a pan add oil heat it and add green chilli.

Add onion and tomatoes saute it for 2 mins and add in all spices in it and saute for 4-5 mins

Add rostered brinjal in it and mix it.

Now cook for 2 min and ii is ready to be served with chapatti.
