Wash the chicken and slice into 2,in a bowl add the milk,salt,pepper,ginger and garlic and mix wall with the chicken and cover for 2 hours.

In a pan heat the oil and pour the slice ball pepper stir for 10 to 15 minutes in low heat and set aside

Put the chicken in same pan and stir fry by turning it up and down until is well cooked, add the stir fry pepper mix well and enjoy,😋😊

NOTE! you can also leave the chicken over night or for 2 day in fridge too before stir frying.
