Perfect new roasted potatoes

Par boil potatoes in salted water for about 5-6 minutes. Drain and leave to cool for at least an hour

Preheat oven to 200. Put potatoes on a baking tray. Drizzle with oil. Add oregano and pepper. Shake to coat.

Roast for about 40 min giving a shake half way through, great with any meat :)
