Roast wheat flour in ghee on slow flame till brown.

In another pan melt gur in water.
- 3
Now mix melted gur in water to the roasted flour.

Roast till both binds together.
- 5
Spread on the greased plate.
- 6
Decorate with nuts, khaskhas and till.
- 7
Cut it into desired shape when it cools.
- 8
Serve with heat.
