Ingredients

  • 1 cupwater
  • 1green cardamom
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/2" ginger piece
  • 1 tsptea leaves
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspfresh malai

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the water in a pan add green cardamom and ginger,let it boil and add tea leaves

    When it starts boiling add sugar and milk in it

    Boil it for about another 2-3 minutes and strain it in a serving cup.Masala chai is ready add fresh cream and enjoy with biscuits.
