Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsWheat flour
  2. 50 gmschickpeas flour
  3. 100 gmsFenugreek leaves
  4. 3 tbsoil(I used Mango pickle oil)
  5. 1 tspMango pickle masala
  6. 2 tspChilli ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  9. 1 tspSesame seeds
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. 1 tbssugar
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add Wheat flour, masala and oil mix well, now add roughly chopped fenugreek leaves. Add little water knead tight dough.Roll and roast like paratha.
