Ingredients

250 gmsChickpeas flour
150 gmssmall fenugreek leaves
2 tspChilly ginger garlic paste
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/4 tspasafoetida
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
2 tspoil+ 2 tsp oil

Steps

Mix all ingredients with 2 tsp oil and add ½ cup water and make batter.

Now heat oil(2 tbs oil)in pan on high flame pour batter, low the flame, cover lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side now flip it side,cover again and cook for 3 minutes.
