Ingredients

  • 500 grice
  • 50 gtumeric
  • 1medium sized onion
  • 50 gbutter
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sweat the onions in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Make sure the the onions does not brown

  3. 3

    Then add tumeric and stir

  4. 4

    Add rice and continue stiring then ad enough water and bring to boil and season

  5. 5

    After few minutes simmer and leave to cook by its own
