Add salt in a kadai. Heat it. mix maida, baking powder, baking soda, sugar. add oil, custard powder, in mixer jar and grind it. add maida little by little. add milk and grind it.

Grease cake tin sprinkle maida. mix 1/2 spoon maida with tutti fruity. add tutti fruity in pan and pour mixture over it. garnish with tutti fruity. place tin in kadai and cover and bake for 40-45 min on slow flame. switch off when it is baked.

Let it cool and then cut into slices.
