As luhyas we love our ugali especially when it's accompanied with a nicely done local veges that was cooked in milk sauce. So today I decided to cook the normal pork a different way, and the veges I made sure they had enough milk so that they be more tastier and enjoy it with a whole meal ugali(ugali yakusiagwa)

Steps
- 1
Cut your pork into 5 big chunks and marinate using soy sauce.
- 2
Oil your pan and put it on medium heat and place your pork in the pan making sure that all your pieces are touching the pan don't put meat on top of each other.
- 3
Sprinkle black pepper on each side. I used ground black pepper so I had to pound it.
- 4
After 10 minutes turn over the porks.
- 5
Sprinkle black pepper on the other side and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- 6
After 10 minutes reduce your heat on medium low and cook for 5 minutes on each side. When they are nice and golden serve with some mustard sauce and enjoy.
- 7
Take a piece and cut through just to confirm that it has cooked through.
- 8
For the vegetables. Boil water with musherekha or baking powder.
- 9
Add your mirror in the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes or until all water has dried up.
- 10
Fry onions in a separate pan until they are golden brown then add in your boiled mirro.
- 11
Add in milk and let it cook for 5 minutes or until the milk is almost finished. Serve😋😋
- 12
For ugali. Boil water in a sufuria then add in maize flour little by little while mixing with a cooking stick until it's firm. Serve with vegetables, meat and mustard sauce.
