CHOLE Tikki
This is one of my family’s favorite dish.

First of all mashed the boiled potatoes. Add all the dry spices to it according to the taste. Make Tikki. Shallow fry on tawa till golden brown from both sides.

For CHOLE:- Heat oil in a cooker. Once the oil gets heated up add little hing, and ajwain seeds, split green chilies and ginger, fry these for few seconds, addChana masala(I used homemade chanamasala). Then add CHOLE and give it 5 whistle. Then lower the flame and cook it for another 10-15 minutes.

For making tamarind chutney. Take 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring it to boil and then add tamarind pulp. To it add red chilli powder, roasted coriander seeds(crushed), roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala. Boil it for 4-5 minutes. Then add corn starch. (Add one tsp of corn starch with 2-3 tsp of water). Again boil it for 2-3 minutes.

Finally assemble all the ingredients together.

For that first put little CHOLE over it comes Tikki the again a layer of CHOLE, put khatte mithhi chutney and green chutney. Top it up with namkeen and ENJOY 😊
