Boil milk over medium flame until half.

Stir continuously.

Add sugar,food colour.

Boil again until all sugar dissolve.

Add orange juice and some segments.

Cook it in a very slow heat for 5 more minutes.

Turn off the flame.

Cool it.

Garnish with some orange segments and pistachios.

Serve chilled.
