Ingredients

  • 4 lbpork shoulder
  • 1 (12 oz)bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
  • 1yellow onion, quartered
  • 2 tablespoonspork bbq rub
  • 8hamburger buns

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub pork shoulder liberally with any bbq spice rub.

  2. 2

    Place pork in crockpot, cutting it if necessary.

  3. 3

    Pour bbq sauce over pork

  4. 4

    Add onions to crockpot

  5. 5

    Cook on low for 6-8 hours

  6. 6

    Remove from crockpot and shred with forks.
