Meat balls are crispy outside and soft inside. This dish is my fusion of Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam style but it's really tasty!

in a bowl and knead with your hands. Form in small round balls. (Around 8 pieces) - 2

Heat some oil in a frying pan, add minced garlic, and place the meat dumplings.
Add seasonings to the frying pan, cover, and steam for a while. Turn the balls over until whole sides are well cooked. - 4
Boil plenty of hot water and cook 2 servings of dry Pho noodles (about 5 minutes).

Prepare noodle soup. Boil hot water in another small pan and add some chicken broth seasonings(as much as you like). Cook lemongrass and sprouts together.

Serve everything in a bowl and finish! Enjoy!
