Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsBaking Mix
  2. 2 TbsOil
  3. 1 1/2 cupsGinger Ale

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together all of the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour 3/4 cup of batter into the waffle iron. Cook 6 minutes or until your iron indicates that it’s done.

  4. 4

    Repeat for remaining batter.

  5. 5

    Serve with topping of choice.
