  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. Seasoning
  5. Oregano
  6. Scotch bonnet
  7. Red bell pepper
  8. Onions salt
  9. Curry
  10. 4potatoes (peeled)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add your washed offals, onions, ginger, oregano garlic and cook till soft

  2. 2

    In a pot add a little oil and your grinded red bell pepper, scotch bonnet, seasoning, curry and fry add your already boiled offals, potatoes and allow to cook for 10-15mnts on a low heat
