Ingredients

  • 500 gmsPrawns/galda chingre-
  • 1bay leaves
  • 2dry chilis
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbsturmeric powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take galda chingre mach with 1/4 marinate tarmaric paowder and 1/4tbs salt keep aside from the 5min

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add oil and bay leaves, 2 dry chilli fry

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion fry till become golden brown

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste fry 1 mint

  5. 5

    Add cumin powder tarmaric Kashmir redchili powder,salt sugar mixed it well. Add some water and cook 2 mint

  6. 6

    Add marinate prawn cook 1 min hight flam

  7. 7

    Add 1.5 cup coconut milk. When boiling cover it 5 mint in medium flames

  8. 8

    Putt off oven.cover 5 mint again

  9. 9

    Serve hot chingre malaikari with hot steamed rice or pulao.
