Soak Urad dhal in water for 2 hours atleast. Drain the soaked water and grinde to paste in mixer jar with fresh water.

Mix Urad dhal paste with Ragi flour, ferment it for 4 hours atleast. After batter is fermented add salt mix well. Heat the dosa tawa, grease oil make dosas of ragi dosa batter and bake both sides well. RAGI DOSA IS READY. Can be eaten with mango chutney.
