Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupboiling water
  • 1-1/2 cupcorn muffin mix
  • 1-1 1/2 cupBiscuit mix or Bosquick
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbsoil
  • 1/3 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour muffin mix into boiling water. Beat eggs, and then add in oil, onion and milk.

  2. 2

    Combine with muffin mix and add the biscuit mix until mixture holds shape. Then fry, either deep fry or pan fry.
