Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrefined flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • As neededoil
  • 1 bundlecoriander leaves
  • 5leeks
  • 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut coriander leaves, leeks as thin as possible then wash,

  2. 2

    Add the coriander leaves and leeks in the mixing bowl add the two tablespoons oil to the bowl,

  3. 3

    Add chilli flakes, add the black pepper powder, give it a good mix then rest

  4. 4

    Other side, take another mixing bowl, add the refined flour, salt 1/2 tablespoon oil, and needed water, make a dough with the palms, take ten minutes time for making dough then rest it for twenty minutes, and cover with the lid. don't add to much water for making of.dough

  5. 5

    After that remove the lid and make the dough again and make small balls from the dough

  6. 6

    Take one dough make flat roll, then add the crushed coriander_ leeks put in the one side of the dough, then fold by other side then joined the edges.

  7. 7

    Heat the pan add this roll in the pan, fry both sides by brushing oils and give three minutes time each side

  8. 8

    Yummy paratha is ready, serve with mango pickle

  9. 9
