Take one dough make flat roll, then add the crushed coriander_ leeks put in the one side of the dough, then fold by other side then joined the edges.

Heat the pan add this roll in the pan, fry both sides by brushing oils and give three minutes time each side

Yummy paratha is ready, serve with mango pickle
