Steps

Wash the Dal and soak for 3 hours.

Grind the Dal by adding green chilli and little bit of water.After grind add salt,black pepper and jeera and mix it.

Take the steamer add water and then take the steamer strainer and brush with oil. Put the batter on with the help of spoon and steam for 10 min.

Take the kadhi add oil and saute the pakoda for few minute.

Chopped onion, tomato and green chilli and grind it. Take the kadhi add oil and mixture cook it for 2-3 min.

Then add all dry masala and cook it till oil get separate.

Then add saute pakoda and mix it.then add water as needed for curry.

Garinsh with coriander.

Serve it with rice and roti🤤.
