For potato sabji chop boiled potatoes. Now in oil add jeera, curry leaves, grated tomatoes,haldi,salt to taste stir til oil floats add chilli powder stir add chopped potatoes stir garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

For kadhi in bowl mix buttermilk with curry leaves, green chillies and ginger paste,salt and sugar blend it well. Now in pan add oil add jeera dry red chilli put kadhi mixture let it boil cook till done.

For Sama pulao in pan put oil add jeera, curry leaves chopped green chillies,Sama salt enough water to cook it cover and cook it done.

For sweet potato sheera in pan put ghee add boiled and grated sweet potato to it stir add sugar stir add chopped dry fruits serve.

For farali roti knead dough by mixing all rajgara flour,oil salt and chopped coriander leaves. Roll chapati and fry in pan and serve.
