Dates milkshake is not only the easiest shake to make but also rich in nutrients and helps in lowering the body temperature. So it's a must in the list of your shakes. Dates and milk by itself is very filling and can easily be a substitute to any powdered protein shake. I have further flavoured it with another ingredient (cardamon powder)which merges with and enhances the flavour furthermore. Apart from this you could add many add-ons like cream,whipped cream or ice -cream to enhance it's beauty. I did not feel the need for more sweetness so did not add any sweetener.
