Soya chaap
Steps

Take oil in a pan and put soya chap pieces in it

Roast the chaap till golden brown. Now keep the roasted chaap separate and add bay leaf, cumin seeds and onion paste in the pan for roasting

Roast them a little and add salt and turmeric power

Mix them will and add ginger garlic paste followed by coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder

Blend the ingredients together and add water mix it throughly

Now add tomato pulp to make the gravy. Heat it till simmer

Add coriander leaves and a pinch of kasuri methi along with garam masala
- 8
Mix them well. Now add roasted soya chaap pieces to the curry and bring to simmer.

Serve hot with parathas...
