Take boiled and Mashed Potatoes and add to it Sabu Dana which was soaked for 3-4 hours.Drain off water and wash then add Sabu Dana to potatoes

Add all the ingredients except for Oil for frying and mix well

Give Vada/Tikki Shape to it with the hand and fry in hot oil.Now the sabudana Tikki is ready!

Firstly take the fried tikkis and place on a plate.Now mix salt per taste and sugar to the curd.Now pour this curd on the Saboodana tikkis.Now pour the green chutney and dates chutney on the tikkis with approximately 1/2 tsp on each Tikki.Now sprinkle the chat Masala,roasted jeera powder and red chilli powder.Now sprinkle the Masala peanuts,pomegranate seeds and fresh coriander.Finally pour some curd once again over the tikkis and serve it.
