Scrape the karelas. Slit the karelas remove he seeds.

Apply salt & leave it for 1/2 hour.

Wash them thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions : cook for 2 -3 min.

Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 min.

Add coriander powder., salt, amchur. Cook for 2-3 min.

Heat oil & deep fry the karelas in medium hot oil until dark brown.

Stuff the karelas with onion stuffing.
