Cut, wash your Guinea fowl and marinate over night

Deep fry your marinated Guinea fowl and set aside

Blend the pepper, scotch bonnet, ginger, garlic

In a pan, add little oil, sliced onions, and the blended stuff, seasoning, curry and fry for a few minutes

Add in the fried Guinea fowl and mix it well, then allow to simmer for 3mnts
