Steps

In a wide bowl take the bajra flour and add all spices mentioned and mix well.

Add curd and with the help of lukewarm water knead a dough.

Make small balls out of it and flatten them between your palms.

Deep fry them on a low to medium flame till it turns brown.

Serve with coriander chutney.
