Ingredients

  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • 11/2 tbspoil
  • 1chopped potato
  • 1finally chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1green chilli finally chopped
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspasafoetida
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4cloves

Steps

    Firstly heat the oil in the pan and Now add cumin seed, asafoetida, cloves in the oil. When the cumin seeds start to crackle then add onion in it and saute it for few minutes and now add potato and green chilli and mix it well.

    Now add all dry spices and mix it well and after 1 minute put the tomato in the pan and mix it well. Now add a cup of water and cover it, when the potato gets soft then add boiled rice and mix it well and cover it for 5 minute and cook it on low flame. After 5 minute now add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas.

    Your fried rice is ready to serve and serve the fried rice with curd and raita.
