1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients under the topic "ingredients". Add water and ghee alternatively little by little and make a dough which is very soft consistency. Cover this and keep aside for 1 hour.
2. Soak channa dal in warm water for 15 minutes and cook in pressure cooker for about 4 whistles. Mash this and keep aside.

3. Now heat ghee in another kadai in low flame add channa dal, jaggery and grated coconut. Saute untill all the excessive water evaporates. Add cardamon powder mix and keep aside. when it becomes cool make it into small balls and keep it.

4. Roll the dough a bit and place a ball in center of the dough. Cover with side and roll into round shape. while rolling apply little ghee and whenever need.
5. Heat tawa roast this boli two sides by adding ghee. Serve hot.
