Marinate prawn for at least 1 hour adding salt,turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,curd tanduri masala powder,red chilli powder,lemon juice, kasuri methi.

Wash rice and soak in water for 15 minutes. Add oil into pan. Add fenugreek seeds dry red chilli and cinnamon.Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown. Add green chillies.Add chopped tomatoes.Add salt and using lid cook until tomatoes will be cooked well.

Add marinated prawns and cook well.Add rice and saute for 2 minutes. Add 4 cups of water in low flame using lid and keep stirring.When water will evaporate add ghee and garam masala.
