Ingredients

  • 1 bowlplain boil rice
  • 2chopped onions
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 2carrots
  • 2capsicum
  • 2spring onions
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspchilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsptomato ketchup
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspsoya sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok

  2. 2

    Put garlic and chopped onions

  3. 3

    Put spring onions

  4. 4

    Put all chopped vegetables

  5. 5

    Saute till the veggies done but it should be crispy

  6. 6

    Put salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Now add boil rice and mix well

  8. 8

    Put all the sauces and stir well

  9. 9

    Serve hot
