Steps

Take one big vessel and add wheat flour, Maida, Ajwain, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and prepare soft dough adding water as per requirement. Keep it aside.

Now in mixer jar take washed sprouted Mung, garlic, ginger, green chillies, Jeera, coriander and grind coarsely.

Put one pan on flame add oil and heat it add Jeera and finely chopped onion fry till onion turned pink now add turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, salt and sugar mix all properly, add grounded sprouted Moong mixture mix altogether cover pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Let it cool down completely. Now add Paneer and mix properly. Stuffing is ready.

Now take one boll from the dough and prepare small round roti fill the stuffing close from all sides again roll medium sized paratha and roast Paratha one by one applying oil on both the sides of the paratha keep the flame medium so paratha cook properly. Protien Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup or any sabji or curd.
