Pavbhaji Masala Tawa Pulao

Heat the pan add butter, ginger garlic paste, onion and stir well and cook for a minute.

Then add carrot, green peas and salt, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add capsicum, tomato, haldi powder, mirch powder, pavbhaji masala and saute for a minute.

Then add boil potato, rice, chopped coriander, chopped spring onion and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix well.

Then add cashew nut roasted in ghee and cook for a while. Serve hot.
