Make sure you have all your ingredients ready before cooking.

Break your vermicelli into small pieces

Put the ghee in a sufuria and when hot add in you vermicelli

Cook for about 3 minutes then add in your condensed milk,raisin and vanilla

Cook for another 3 minutes on low heat to ensure everything combines well together

When it starts coming together everything remove from the heat.Apply a little bit of oil in these small coffe cups or any mould that you have to form shapes

Take a bit of the cooked vermicelli and put it in the cups.squeeze the vermicelli using the back of a spoon.

Let them sit in the cups and then gently remove them after 2 minutes.

Enjoy this wonderful sweet dessert with some hot coffee
