Alkaline - Dinner Plate

Ingredients: zuchinni and squash; 1 Zucchini and 1 Yellow Squash (slice),; Add 1/4 sliced read onions; 2-3 small sweet assorted peppers; Blanch for 5 min. or until desired textured. Season with sea salt; rice; Add 3 cups of water to pot and 1 cup of wild rice. (If rice soaked first for 2hrs it may take 25-30min. Not soaked 40min.-1 hr.) season to taste; mushroom gravy; Add 2-4oz of grape seed oil to sauce pan, heat and add 3/4 -1 cup of spelt flour to make paste (flour should lightly cover all the oil in saucepan); Allow paste to brown, while stirring constantly over medium heat; Add 1-2 cups of Spring water ( adding and stirring intermittently blending paste until it has a liquid consistency; Add sliced potabella mushrooms to saucepan gravy; 1/2 red onion, 3 green onions, assorted 3-4 peppers(sm), 1/2 green pepper (Wash, dice and add to gravy) Let cook for 15-20 min. on medium - low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or lumps; Add sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder(cover, simmer and cook to desired consistency); oyster fried mushrooms; Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred); Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper; Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake); Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned; Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
