White Chicken Biryani

Heat oil, fry potatoes till golden and remove.

In the same oil add whole spices, boiled chicken and ginger garlic paste,fry for 5 mins till chicken light golden.

Remove from heat add yogurt,salt,black pepper powder,whole spices powder,onion and fried potatoes.

Stir well,spread boiled rice on top.

Pour ghee over rice, sprinkle yellow colour milk,kewra water,cover.

Cook for 15 mins on slow flame. Serve with raita
